MY STORY
I'm Laura Honeycutt. I had a successful 25-year career in advertising, but I always struggled with the need for constant validation by others. When I didn't get it, I would make up incredible stories that threatened my self confidence and forced me to change jobs before I was "found out" to be the fraud I thought I was. I regularly made too many personal sacrifices in the name of my career, and often felt bitter about it. I was working myself to death, with zero boundaries and total fear of failure. This wasn't how I wanted to live. In my desperate search for a solution, I explored executive coaching. And that's when I discovered the transformative effect coaching can have on not only a person's career, but also their life.
So I took a trust fall with the Universe. I left my lucrative career and became a certified coach. I moved to my happy place and started my own practice. Now, it's my turn to share the gifts of transformation with other women. To help you see what's in your way (spoiler alert: it's you!). To help you clear it away and manifest your vision. Life is really too precious and short to waste it mired in self doubt, inertia or fear.
